The girl is home. Chaos reigns here. Tuesday she whipped off to the beach with her sister chasing waves as far south as Byron Bay. Why, we aren't sure. If there were no waves on the Gold Coast there were certainly not going to be any more at Byron but nothing dissuaded they travelled interstate. She excused Star's absence [yet again!] from school on the grounds it was very educational: geography [they crossed a state line], history [the Byron Bay lighthouse], math [they bought icreams at the Fruit Factory], English [the child had to read the information at the lighthouse], music [ I have video evidence], sport [they went swimming].
The video won't load so you too can enjoy the joys of long distance travel with Star. Actually any sort of travel. The girl's mad, I swear. Ditz was such a good name for her ~ & I'm not allowed to use it any more. *sigh* I tried for 3 days, 3 different ways [including uploading into youtube first] to get the video up for your watching pleasure but nana. Zilch. Zippo. Anyone who can tell me how to actually do this feel free.

I have missed you and haven't been on much myself this week. Hope you had a lovely day :-)
(Hey, you put it down as a "Student Free Day" ~ apparently!)

I like the way your girls think! lol

Pity we can't see something... I am not skilled or experienced with uploading into Youtube as I've never done it.. but we can take your word for it, it looks like they had fun!

The technique to load a video is very simple! Here is how you do it:

Get Liddy to do it for you! LOL!

So glad they had a good time, but they would not do it any other way would they? I enjoy them very much but it was also wonderful to have a conversation with you without the involvement of distracting antics by our children.

Ruby: Thank you. ☺ Two years & counting down. lol

Amanda: I think there is something wrong with the file format but as I don't know how to fix it it realy doesn't matter, does it! ☺

Seeking: There is only one problem with your hypothesus, m'dear...Liddy tried first!!! She wanted to put it up on her blog!

It was lovely. I think my girls are wonderful but they are hugely distracting & Star at least thinks there's something amiss with her world unless she's the star attraction in it! lol Liddy & Dino are now up at mum's but we may get another shot early next week...?

If I had access to the video, I'm pretty sure I could figure it out Ganeida. The world is sorely lacking for not having seen it - I got to experience it first-hand on Thursday as Star came with us for another educational day at the beach and boy was it educational in more ways than expected!!! ;) Spending time with both your girls together is never boring, to say the least...

Seeking, I heard what you had to endure before they left - have you recovered yet!?

What a treaure of a photo. I can feel the excitement those sisters shared, just looking at it. Ah..about the schooling for the day: I OK it too...sounds good! We call those 'mental health' days here. :)

Lightbulb: Recovery? From what...motherhood? I think once you are in, you are in for the rest of your life, comes what may.

Ganeida: I would love it!
